The Reef Retreat Palm Cove is a complete non smoking property. Smoking is not permitted on the balconies or within the property grounds.
Holiday resort facilities on offer are the swimming and spa pool which is heated in the so called winter months. An on site guest internet station for those that just need to keep in touch with the outside world, an ice machine for the cool poolside beverages. Our Palm Cove accomodation is also a licensed premises so you can purchase those last minute items just in case you run short of your beverages. Wireless internet, guest laundry for those longer term holidays, undercover parking on site, babysitting and child minding services are available upon prior arrangements.
Explore the cosmopolitan village of Palm Cove, dine at an award winning restaurant, sip on your cool drink overlooking the peaceful Coral Sea, or just enjoy the tropical ambiance under swaying palms. The many restaurants in Palm Cove, only a short stroll away, serve a fine blend of Asian and Western cuisine including Mediterranean food and original Thai specialties with lots of fresh herbs from the owner’s garden. Cancellations must be advised in writing. Low Season: 1 April – 31 May, 1 November – 22 December, 10 January -31 March. Two night’s accommodation charge if cancelled 6 days or less prior to scheduled arrival. High Season: High Season: 1 June – 31 October, 23 December – 9 January. 50% of accommodation will be charge if cancelled 6 days or less prior to scheduled arrival. Early departures and No shows incur full accommodation charge.

Infants 0-2 years inclusive are FREE of charge using existing bedding. Cot Hire available $10 per night payable on arrival. Children 3-14 years adult rates apply $40 per night.

The accomodation in Palm Cove was fantastic. The room was spotless and in a great surrrounds. The staff were more then helpful and always provided advice on things to see and do which made it a fantastic holiday. We enjoyed it so much we'll be back again next year
