No complaints about the chs staff. We actually didn't need much help, considering we know the area and tours etc so well after so many years. They did remind us when we first got there to come and see them re discounts on tours which was a good thing, but we have "been there done that" so to speak and didn't intend on booking any tours. But that was good service so thank you.
