The house was lovely but the construction going on around was noisy; we we're looking for a quiet location to relax a bit and that didn't workout.

Holiday House Palm Cove
Privately owned, this executive holiday house villa has a spacious free flowing kitchen, living and dining area that opens out to an expansive child-safe deck and swimming pool. The gas BBQ and the 10 seater dining tables (indoor and outdoor) provide ample space for one or two families with easy entertainment options. This Palm Cove holiday home is a peaceful, sheltered, sun filled home with panoramic views of the Macalister mountain range.
On the ground floor is the kitchen and dining area, media room, the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite and elegant outdoor bath; the second bedroom with a 2 Single beds; the second bathroom with shower and the laundry room. The indoor courtyard ensures a through breeze keeps the villa cool and is designed as a children’s play area with pebble games and a chalk board.
The upstairs area is kept cool and breezy with wooden louvers and balconies. Bedroom three has 1 king bed & Bedroom four has 2 singles, both with bi-fold balconies and views of the mountain ranges. The third bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
All bedrooms and living areas are fitted with air conditioning, ceiling fans, louvered windows with mosquito proofing and blackout curtains for a perfect night sleep. Guests of the Palm Cove holiday house have FREE use of the on-site sporting facilities which include indoor gym, lap pool and sauna.

The beach and Palm Cove Esplanade are just ten minutes walk across a scenic boardwalk from your executive Palm Cove holiday house. Thirty minutes drive from Cairns airport, Palm Cove Village is a fun and relaxing beach front filled with café life, alfresco dining, boutiques and galleries. The surrounding areas are home to the regions top golf courses and easy day trips to Port Douglas (45 min), Atherton Tablelands, Northern beaches, Daintree rainforest, Mossman Gorge, the Great Barrier Reef and much more.

We(4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trito House. Loved the beautiful open plan, the large rooms with walk in robes, the pool and eating areas. Plenty of room for everyone.

Had a wonderful 3 nights over the Christmas break with my family at the Trito House.
The house is amazing !!! It is huge so everyone had plenty of room - at the moment there are no direct neighbours so you can be a little noisy if you like. The big bi-fold doors open up to a massive deck with pool - just gorgeous. There was an abundance of cutlery, crockery and glasses which was great as we didn't need to worry about washing-up after every meal (there is a dishwasher).
The only negative comments I would make is that the house could of been cleaner. The tracks for the bi-fold doors and a couple of corners were dirty, I noticed mud wasp nests on the deck around the door frames and ceiling and the glass panel in the pool was white and cloudy. There was also lots of ants. I think the house needs a good overall scrub to bring it back to the standard it deserves. Some quick instructions for the appliances like the gas stove, dishwasher etc. would of been helpful as we had trouble working out some of them.
I would definitely stay there again and though it was good value for a big group.
I only gave a rating of 'good' because it could of been cleaner - no other reason.

We had a fantastic time staying at Trito House, the open plan living areas were perfect for us, we were 2 adults, 2 children (7 & 3) and 2 seniors, plenty of room for the littlies, and lots more for us oldies. The house was very well equipped and supplied us with all we needed. The walk to the shops and fantastic restaurants was quite manageable for all of us.

8 of us had a wonderful stay at Trito , an amazing modern house which opens up at the back onto a fabulous deck and pool . A very well appointed house with everything you need . 15 minute walk down to the Beach and restaurants etc . we really loved the house and will definitely be back !

Despite having some difficult weather our stay at Trito was excellent with plenty of comfortable space for our group. ..steady short 10 minute walk to the beach. Our only real disappointment was not being able to use the pool at all....without heating it was just too cold.

Trito house fully exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When I return to Palm Cove, I would certainly love to stay there again. It is situated on a hillside within a grove of trees and is secluded from other houses, yet only < 5 min walk to the Palm Cove beach. The house was very well appointed and after staying there for the week, I was yet to find anything that was not provided that we needed. Loved the open plan design and the aspect to enjoy the house comforts of the house yet feel surrounded and amongst nature.

we had a great time at this beautiful house.
it is perfect for families with a safe area for kids to play on the deck(my 2 year old loved it) with plenty of seating both inside and out.
it really does have everything you need to have a great holiday and better still is close to all the bars and restaurants and beach
feed back is the kids chairs and table that were pictured are no longer available , I would also like to see a full size cot rather than a travel cot(just an idea). but also great to see that a child safety gate and child monitors were supplied. we will be back

There was plenty of space, inside and out, for six adults and a two-and-a-half-year old. An extremely well presented property with one of the best equipped kitchens we have experienced in a holiday rental. The spacious outdoor living area is a real bonus. All in all, a great place to stay. Loved Palm Cove.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Trito. This is a fantastic house with a perfect layout for two families. The outdoor entertaining area is excellent along with the pool. It is so peaceful and relaxing which beautiful surroundings. Better than being in a resort and close to Palm Cove shops etc.
We love it and highly recommend staying here. This house has so much to offer.
