The ambiance was purposely created from the owners desire to have their guests enjoy the executive holiday villa from the moment they walked in the front door. In other words leave your baggage behind you and start to live again even if for just a short holiday.
Outside the holiday home the swimming pool draws your attention with glass pool fencing providing an elegant finish and protecting the area from exploring children. Relax in your own thatched hut as it beckons you to grab a book and a cool beverage and take your place on the sunbeds and start to wind down and enjoy your Palm Cove holiday home.
The four bedrooms are capable of sleeping 8 guests comfortably so its the perfect combination for families that are larger than average. Everything is open plan to enjoy the tropical lifestyle with the kitchen centrally located as it offers all the appliances that you require to cook any basic holiday meals or a gastronomic banquet including an espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The open plan layout and sliding glass doors to the pool area brings the outside in, capturing the true tropical ambiance. Relax by the poolside, or kick back in the living area with flat screen TV and DVD/CD player.
This Palm Cove holiday villa has a sister property next door which is just perfect for those wedding groups and families that want to holiday together but you will need to book early as they are extremely popular and offer great budget holiday rates for families.

The holiday home in Palm Cove is located just 800 m from Palm Cove beach and the shops and restaurants in the Village of Palm Cove. Palm Cove is nestled between the City of Cairns and Port Douglas. Palm Cove is located 30 minutes drive north of Cairns International and Domestic Airport, nestled in the beautiful northern beaches district of Cairns 45 minutes south of Port Douglas.* Pet friendly property – maximum 2 small dogs. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property. Gardens and Home need to be left in the same conditions on arrival. If any additional cleaning is required a fee will apply.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect, and the pool and entertaining area got fantastic use! The staff we extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the property and the cairns holidays pecialists to anyone visiting the area. We hired both Kintaminana and latania for our extended family, which worked so well!

Our stay at Kintamani Holiday Villa was amazing; the house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach; the house was clean and tidy and had everything that we could have needed. I would recommend this particular property for anyone's stay in Palm Cove, whether you are a family, or group of adults, or mix of both. It was everything we could have hoped for.

Our stay was fantastic. Kintamani was excellent for a large group as we could all spread out in the long living area. David was excellent adn promptly responded to our call when one of the furnishings broke.
