Our Palm Cove accommodation is provided in a small boutique absolute beachfront spa resort with just 67 intimately designed spacious resort apartments. Rest and relax in one, two and three bedroom apartments or upgrade with your big family or group to the four bedroom Alamanda Suite. Each of these spacious luxurious apartments feature floor to ceiling glass doors and windows which open up onto expansive balconies where you will be embraced by sea breezes and greeted by smells from the flowers in the exotic tropical gardens. All of the self contained holiday apartments in the resort and spa are air conditioned with timber and tiled floors and have plush king sized beds.

We enjoyed our stay very much there was lots to do and a heated pool for the kids was a saviour as all other pools were too cold to swim in. The apartments are large and nice, well serviced and they were very accommodating with the kids bring us a high chair, gate for the stairs and so on. Spectacular position on the beach. The stairs were a big problem though with kids.

We spent a long weekend in the Alamanda Suite - a family group of five. The Suite was immaculately presented although showing some wear and tear. We've been regulars at Angsana and this was our first visit to the newly owned and named resort. The Spa has to be our favourite in Australia and being beach-front at Palm Cove is our favourite beach destination.
NuNu restaurant food is delicious, and interesting well beyond the expected resort food. Room service is limited by the lack of in-room alcohol licence - hopefully this will change over time.

Fantastic. Loved it. Only concern was about the breakfast inclusion. Sometimes felt we were an inconvenience in the restaurant if we hadn't made a booking as there were 7 of us. We were an inconvenience at times and even requested to leave by a certain time. If it is included in the package then perhaps more information needs to be given on arrival as to whether bookings should be made or specific times for dining followed.We have never stayed in a resort before so not sure what the protocol is!

From the moment we were greeted at Reception our stay at Alamanda Palm Cove was fantastic. All the administration staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The grounds and housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The two bedroom apartment was fresh and clean on arrival and exceeded our expectations as far as space went. Loved the coffee machine, TV in main bedroom, high quality appliances and WIFI. We have three children aged 8, 6 & 4 and they had a brilliant time, especially in the rock pool and the easy walk to the beach.

LOVED IT !!! Relaxing atmosphere, lovely staff, beautiful rooms and surrounds.
The only suggestion I have for improvement was darker curtains on the bedroom windows. The existing wooden slat blinds let too much light in both at night and in the morning and when you're on holiday occasionally you want to sleep in. In saying that I still loved the Angsana and would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends !!

Absolutley heaven on earth. Perfect location at the Angsana Resort. I recommend the facial and massage at the Angsana Spa. We asked for a late check out as we had our 2 small grandchildren and the staff accomodated our request. Very grateful.

The actual room size was perfect. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and there were three adults.The resort was perfectly located on the beach and the resort had a heated pool as well so was great for when it wasn't quite hot enough to swim in the beach or the other non-heated pool available. The resort restaurant was fantastic, right on the beach and the food was great. There were a couple of negatives however the beds were very hard and made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep in, there were no hard copy room service menus in the rooms and there was practically no advertising about the fact that you could order food and drinks down by the pool. Had we known this earlier we would have taken full advantage of this service.

Yes in the main however there wern't daily newspapers delivered to the room as advertised, the wi-fi was almost non existent and the breakfast menu was limited and always overcooked. Staff were v good.

We loved our room number 1 right on the beach. Enjoyed your restaurant for a couple evening dinners. Loved Palm Cove, not too commercial or too quite.
Highly recommend the hotel and area.

The accomadation in the beachfront apartments was superb and the room staff friendly .
However this attitude was confined to them
The checking desk staff both on the Tuesday and the Friday were helpful
The restaurant service and standard of breakfast was terrible.
Compared to sea temple, Thala, Vivo and Kerrara Beach Angsana service and food was below par.
It was also reinforced by the locals when discussing services.
Four of eight of our group were gluten free, this was an issue everyday where as both sea temple and vivo were accommodating and helpful.
When trying to discuss menus for evening meals, just gave up and went elsewhere.

It was great but in the 5 days and 4 nights the suite was not cleaned or garbage taken away.. For a resort I thought that was a bit shocking..

Angsana us a great place for a holiday. The location right on the beach is fantastic. Our apartment was very nice. It was great to have the daily service & the housekeeping staff were so very pleasant. When we arrived to book in the fellow behind the desk also took our luggage up two flights of stairs & also carried up all our large number of bags of groceries! We were most impressed.
The pools are just great but my son-in-law was expecting that there would have been a gym, considering that it is a resort, & was disappointed that there wasn't one. The only
other complaint was that the beds are as hard as rocks!
We would definitely book a holiday again at Angsana, but would hope that the beds would be upgraded.

A very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. Excellent accommodation, friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Terrific service. Facilities very well maintained and "policed". The apartments are very spacious and very well equipped.

We had a wonderful time at the Angsana resort and Spa. They were welcoming when we got there. Nothing was too much trouble. The position is excellent. They assisted us with transfers to the airport at the end of our stay. Room service was prompt. My massage at the spa was wonderful. I could not fault the resort.

Very nice room, massive in fact could have catered for 3 families. Loved the pool area as it is sheltered from the weather. It was very windy during our stay but you wouldn't have known as we lay on the lounges around the pool.

Angsana was a lovely spot to stay with great views and the staff were very helpful. One complaint- some of the beds were too hard as they were on a timber base and the guests all said they were uncomfortable to sleep on.

The accommodation was in a lovely location, well appointed, of a high quality and with very friendly staff. However, the room, although overlooking the beach was not as private as it could have been. We felt the need to keep the bedroom blinds closed at all times, which made it very dark, and it was also not private from the pool, with people sitting in deck chairs looking directly into our room. Some strategic planting of bushes would probably assist. In the future we would request a second or third story room.

We stayed at the Angsana which was very nice, however on arrival we were advised that the room we had initially booked was no longer available and that we were being upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. We would stay here again though as it was a great spot.

Wonderful stay at a beautifully appointed apartment overlooking magical gardens and swimming pools. Kitchen, dining and lounge area was airy and luxurious, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.
